WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Returns

In accordance to the Law 3/2014, from 27th march, that modifies the text of the General law for the defense of consumers and users and other complimentary laws, approved by Royal legislative decree 1/2007, of November 16, you´ve got 14 calendar days to return your purchase.

If the return is done on this time, the order must be returned with all its components, with is original packing, with is accessories and in perfect condition. No returns will be accepted for products that do not come with all its components, with the original packing nor will be allowed to return products that can be reproduced or copied, unless they are faulty.

RB COMPONENTES will make a refund once the product has been verified and it fulfills the previous conditions. The client must bear the cost of the transport. To request this return you must communicate it through the mail comercial@rbcomponentes.com or on the phone: +34976400421.

In the event the product is faulty when delivered, RB COMPONENTES will take care of the procession of the repair or replacement with a new one at no extra cost for the customer. In the event of the defect being because of an incident with the transport, it must be communicated within 24 hours from the delivery of the shipment, and must be stated on the delivery note of the transport company. Photos of the state of the material must be sent to comercial@rbcomponentes.com so we can make a claim to the transport company straight away.

If the returned material has been specifically purchased for the customer (Generic product without RB reference), it is liable not to be fully returned if our supplier charges us with a penalty.

If the client needs the part urgently, the replacement will had to be paid till the return is verified and processed correctly. Then we´ll refund the returned parts.

The refund of the warranty will always be managed from the form enabled on our website and must be filled in with the required fields.

Warranty

If the client wants to return an order or request a change because the product is faulty once the first 14 calendar days the client must claim the warranty. The warranty can only be accepted (even if it´s confirmed that the product doesn´t work), if the parts haven´t been hit, opened, manipulated, etc. Also the parts that have been wrongly installed or maintained will be excluded from the warranty.

RB COMPONENTES will answer to the client against any lack of conformity at the time of the delivery, in accordance with art. 114 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007of 16th November. 

In addition to all the above, all products are guaranteed by Royal Decree 1/2007 16th November, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
